APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS 

  • All makeup and hair-installment appointments REQUIRE a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit immediately, and the balance is due upon service completion. 

  • Please be sure to include additional “ADD-ON” services that may be applicable to your appointment.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are opened from 

  • Tuesdays - Thursdays (9:30am-5:30pm)

  • Friday-Sunday (9:30am-6:30pm)

 

PAYMENT METHODS 

  • Cash - Zelle - Paypal - Apple pay

(Other methods of payment will be added in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause)

 

 RESCHEDULING/CANCELATION & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • At least 24hrs notice is required for all rescheduling/ cancelation

  • It’s customer’s responsibility to be mindful of appointment time 

  • All customers are allowed a 15 minutes grace period. All arrivals after 15 minutes of appointment time are required to reschedule.

 

TRAVELING  

When traveling to do makeup or hair, customers will be charged the following fees;

  • $65 one time fee due before traveling to customer within 25miles, NON-REFUNDABLE 

  • Beyond 25miles, additional fee may apply

 

DROP-OFF SERVICES

  • New frontals, Lace closures & factory-made lace wigs must be dropped off at least 5 days prior to your pick-up/ appointment date.

Shipping & Delivery

 

DLE products are shipped via usps.com. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Holiday and promotional sale please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your item(s) are shipped. All packages will require signature for delivery. If your package is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, the customer is RESPONSIBLE for reshipping fees to the correct address.
